The flights are available on selected Sundays of each month and we reserve the right to reschedule bookings if there is insufficient demand on a particular date.
Blue Sky Charter Ltd require passenger name and contact telephone number for use on the day of the scheduled flight. A weather forecast will be obtained on the morning of the flight and in the event of having to cancel the flights due to forecast poor weather, Blue Sky Charter will endeavour to contact all passengers prior to 0930 to advise them of the cancellation. We can accept no liability for costs incurred by passengers when flights have been cancelled due to bad weather and/or we have been unable to contact the passenger to inform them of the cancellation.
We recommend that all passengers contact our Operations Department on 01869 365780 before leaving home in order to check that there are no changes due to weather or the aircraft becoming unserviceable.
Flights start and finish from Stapleford Aerodrome in Essex or Chessington in Surrey. Upon arrival, passengers should report to the Blue Sky Charter Hangar. All passengers should allow a minimum check-in time of 15 minutes prior to take-off and Blue Sky Charter accept no liability for the late arrival of passengers missing their scheduled flight.
The flight time is approximately 30 minutes and the helicopter will follow the route River Thames between The Millennium Dome and Vauxhall Bridge.
In the event of a cancellation due to poor weather or an unserviceable aircraft on the flight date, passengers will be rebooked onto the next available date. Refunds will only be considered if rebooking is completely impossible.
Flights booked and due to go within 30 days will not be refundable if cancelled by the customer but an alternative day will be offered from the dates supplied.
All flights will be conducted under a third party operators Air Operating Certificate.
